At Vintage Glam, we take immense pride in curating rare vintage collectibles, fine jewelry, books, and art. Because of the unique nature of pre-owned items, please review our return policies below before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the exact condition in which it was received.
• Original packaging, security tags, and certificate of authenticity (if applicable) must be included intact.
• Clear photo proof of any delivery damage or error must be provided upon request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and collectible value preservation, the following categories are strictly non-returnable:

• Vintage clothing & shoes that show signs of post-delivery wear.
• Pierced vintage jewelry.
• Final sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process & Shipping Costs

To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@vintagebygloria.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item shipped).

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
